Who We Are
An inter-church, interdenominational alliance of Christians serving Bucks, Philadelphia & Montgomery Counties
What We Believe
Our members come from many congregations and many traditions. This statement holds to the core of the historic Christian faith, rather than the distinctives that divide us.
Scripture. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the final authority for faith and conduct.
God. We believe in one God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ. We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man — that He lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose bodily from the grave, and will return.
Salvation. We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ, and never earned by our own works.
The Church. We believe the Church is the body of Christ, and that believers across denominations are one family under one Lord.
Human dignity. We believe every person is made in the image of God and carries inherent worth — including those who oppose us.
Why We Engage
We do not believe politics will save anyone. Only Christ saves. But we do not believe faith was meant to stay inside the church walls either.
Scripture calls us to seek the welfare of the city where God has placed us, to love our neighbors, and to act justly. In a country where ordinary citizens hold real authority, that calling reaches into how we vote, what we advocate for, and whether we show up at all.
Silence is itself a choice — and it is not a neutral one.
How We Engage
The manner matters as much as the message. We hold ourselves to these commitments.
Truth over outrage. We check facts before we share them. We would rather be accurate than loud.
Love of neighbor includes those who disagree. We refuse contempt for our opponents. They bear God’s image too.
Persuasion, not condemnation. We are here to change minds, not to score points.
Prayer before politics. We pray for our nation and for its leaders — including the ones we did not vote for.
Christ before party. Our first loyalty is to Christ. No political party owns our conscience.
